When I established Maitri my vision was to provide massage and lactation services to women and their families. I searched for a business name that would capture the holistic, innovative model of care I provide to clients. Our name business Maitri (pronounced ‘my tree’), is derived from the ancient Sanskrit word ‘Maitreya’ and means friendship or goodwill underpinned by a state of fitness and wellbeing.
Maitri specialises in pregnancy massage, remedial massage for women and children, and Lactation support for new families.
